Jodi Sleeper-Triplett is a Master Certified Coach with over twenty years of experience in assisting individuals and organizations to realize their goals.  She has established an exceptional reputation in the field of personal and professional coaching and in AD/HD coaching. Her areas of expertise include coaching, training, mentoring, business and career management, AD/HD, behavior management, and health and wellness.She believes that life coach training is an essential component of her work in AD/HD coaching and provides a full complement of skills to create success with clients one step at a time. Her clients include children, teens, college students and adults around the world.

In 2004, Jodi expanded her company to focus on training and mentoring for coaches. She has found great joy in sharing her years of knowledge and experience with others who are passionate about coaching kids, teens and their families.  Jodi’s mission is to provide qualified coaches throughout the world with the tools to serve the needs of youth. 

Jodi is the director of training for the Edge Foundation, www.edgefoundation.org , an organization devoted to providing quality coaching for children, adolescents and young adults with AD/HD.

In addition to managing a full time training and coaching business, Jodi devotes much of her time to educating the public on AD/HD coaching and related issues. Her goal is to provide a better understanding of AD/HD and learning differences for parents, spouses, children, educators and business professionals. Jodi offers workshops, speeches and educational courses to both the nonprofit and private sectors.  

Jodi is a founding member of the Institute for the Advancement of AD/HD Coaching (IAAC) whose mission is “to advance the field of AD/HD coaching through the development and delivery of credentialing and certification for AD/HD coaches worldwide, in pursuit of excellence in our profession”.

An active member of CHADD(Children & Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder), Jodi has served on the Professional Advisory Board and as the Support Group Coordinator for the Northern Virginia chapter for a total of 10 years and currently chairs the Coaching Track for the CHADD National Conference Program Committee. She is also member of ADDA, ACO, ACA, and ICF. 

Jodi continues to broaden her education by attending conferences, workshops and classes on coaching, AD/HD and related topics.  She received a degree in Mental Health & Human Services from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She completed coach training through The Coaches Training Institute, Success Unlimited Network®, Catalytic Coaching and the American Coaching Association.
